QuizBU ("uygulama"), bilgi yarışması uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını, kimlerle paylaşıldığını, ne kadar saklandığını ve nasıl silebileceğinizi açıklar.
1. Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: Seçtiğiniz giriş yöntemine göre ad, e-posta adresi (Google, Apple veya e-posta ile girişte) ve isteğe bağlı olarak yüklediğiniz profil fotoğrafı. Apple ile girişte e-postanızı gizlemeyi seçerseniz Apple'ın yönlendirme adresi kaydedilir.
- Misafir hesabı: Misafir olarak oynarsanız ad veya e-posta alınmaz; otomatik bir kullanıcı adı ve hesap kimliği oluşturulur.
- Oyun verileri: Puanlar, coin bakiyesi ve hareketleri, verdiğiniz cevaplar, istatistikler, rozetler, seviye ilerlemesi, sıralama dereceleri, yarışma ve sınav sonuçları, kaydettiğiniz sorular, düello sonuçları.
- Düello verileri: Düello sırasında adınız, profil fotoğrafınız, puanınız, cevaplarınız ve seçtiğiniz hazır mesaj/emoji, maç süresince eşleştiğiniz oyuncularla paylaşılır; maç bitince oda verisi silinir.
- Düello sohbeti: Düellolarda gönderdiğin hazır mesajlar, emojiler ve yazdığın kısa mesajlar; topluluk kurallarına uygunluğun denetlenmesi, şikâyetlerin incelenmesi ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi amacıyla gönderen hesabı, oda ve zaman bilgisiyle birlikte sunucularımızda kaydedilir. Yazılı mesajlar gönderilmeden önce otomatik olarak uygunsuz ifade ve kişisel bilgi (telefon, e-posta, bağlantı) açısından kontrol edilir; yalnızca iki oyuncu da "Sohbete izin ver" seçeneğini açtığında iletilir. Bildirilen mesajları yetkili moderatörler inceleyebilir. Sohbet kayıtları son mesajdan itibaren 90 gün saklanır ve ardından silinir; incelemesi süren bir şikâyetle ilgili kayıt, inceleme tamamlanana kadar tutulur. Hesabını sildiğinde sohbet kayıtların da silinir.
- Bildirim kimliği: Bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim (FCM) belirteci.
- Hata ve performans verileri: Uygulama çökmeleri ve hatalarında cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü ve hata kaydı.
- Bildirimler ve şikâyetler: Bildirdiğiniz sorular ve kullanıcılar, engellediğiniz kullanıcılar.
2. Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak, giriş yapmanızı sağlamak ve oturumunuzu güvende tutmak,
- Oyunları, puanları, sıralamaları, düelloları ve yarışmaları çalıştırmak,
- Bildirim göndermek (cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz),
- Hataları tespit edip uygulamayı düzeltmek,
- Kötüye kullanımı (uygunsuz ad/fotoğraf vb.) incelemek ve önlemek.
Verilerinizi satmıyoruz.
3. Herkese görünen bilgiler
Kullanıcı adınız, profil fotoğrafınız ve puanınız sıralamalarda ve düellolarda diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir. Uygunsuz ad veya fotoğraf kullanan kullanıcıları uygulama içinden bildirebilir ve engelleyebilirsiniz; bildirimler incelenir.
4. Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Veriler yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için aşağıdaki sağlayıcılarla işlenir:
- Google Firebase (giriş, düello veritabanı — Avrupa bölgesi, bildirimler, Crashlytics hata raporları),
- Sentry (hata ve performans raporları — Almanya'daki sunucular),
- Google ile Giriş / Apple ile Giriş (seçerseniz),
- Barındırma sağlayıcımız (uygulama sunucusu ve veritabanı).
Uygulamada reklam şu an gösterilmemektedir. Reklamlar ileride açılırsa Google AdMob ve aracı ağlar, izninize bağlı olarak (iOS'ta "İzleme" izni, AB'de onay formu) reklam kimliği ve reklam etkileşim verisi işleyebilir; bu durumda bu politika güncellenir.
5. Saklama süresi
- Hesap verileri hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır.
- Misafir hesaplar, misafir oturumundan çıkıldığında hemen; çıkılmazsa oluşturulduktan 30 gün sonra otomatik silinir. Silinmeden önce hesabınızı Google, Apple veya e-posta ile bağlayarak ilerlemenizi koruyabilirsiniz.
- Düello oda verileri maç bitince silinir.
- Gönderdiğiniz soru bildirimleri inceleme için saklanır, ancak hesabınız silindiğinde sizinle bağlantısı kaldırılır.
- Daha önce size gönderilmiş bildirimlerin kayıtlarında kullanıcı numaranız yer almaya devam edebilir; bu kayıtlar sizi tanımlayan başka bilgi içermez.
6. Hesabınızı silme
- Uygulamada: Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil. Hesabınız, giriş kaydınız (Firebase) ve yüklediğiniz profil fotoğrafı dahil hesabınıza bağlı veriler hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple oturum yetkisi de iptal edilir.

7. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan veri toplamayız.

9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellendiğinde yeni sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır.

QuizBU (the "App") is a trivia quiz app. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the App, how it is used, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can delete it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: Depending on your sign-in method: name, email address (Google, Apple or email sign-in) and an optional profile photo you upload. If you hide your email with Sign in with Apple, Apple's relay address is stored.
- Guest account: Guests provide no name or email; an automatic username and account ID are created.
- Gameplay data: Scores, coin balance and transactions, your answers, statistics, badges, level progress, leaderboard ranks, contest and exam results, bookmarked questions, battle results.
- Battle data: During a battle your name, profile photo, score, answers and selected preset message/emoji are shared with the players you are matched with; the room data is deleted when the match ends.
- Duel chat: Quick messages, emojis and short messages you write in duels are stored on our servers together with the sender account, room and time, to enforce the community rules, review reports and prevent abuse. Written messages are automatically checked for inappropriate language and personal information (phone numbers, e-mail addresses, links) before they are sent, and are delivered only when both players have turned on "Allow chat". Authorized moderators may review reported messages. Chat logs are kept for 90 days after the last message and then deleted; logs tied to a report under review are kept until the review is complete. Deleting your account also deletes your chat logs.
- Notification token: Your device's push (FCM) token, to send notifications.
- Crash and performance data: On crashes and errors: device model, OS version, app version and the error log.
- Reports: Questions and users you report, and users you block.
2. How we use data
- To create your account, sign you in and keep your session secure,
- To run quizzes, scores, leaderboards, battles and contests,
- To send notifications (you can turn them off in device settings),
- To detect and fix errors,
- To review and prevent abuse (e.g. inappropriate names/photos).
We do not sell your data.
3. Publicly visible information
Your username, profile photo and score can be seen by other users on leaderboards and in battles. You can report and block users with inappropriate names or photos inside the App; reports are reviewed.
4. Service providers
Data is processed only to provide the service by:
- Google Firebase (sign-in, battle database — European region, notifications, Crashlytics crash reports),
- Sentry (error and performance reports — servers in Germany),
- Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple (if you choose them),
- Our hosting provider (app server and database).
The App currently shows no ads. If ads are enabled in the future, Google AdMob and mediation networks may process the advertising identifier and ad interaction data subject to your permission (iOS "Allow Tracking", EU consent form), and this policy will be updated.
5. Retention
- Account data is kept until you delete your account.
- Guest accounts are deleted immediately when you log out of the guest session; otherwise automatically 30 days after creation. You can keep your progress by linking the account to Google, Apple or email before then.
- Battle room data is deleted when the match ends.
- Question reports you sent are kept for moderation but unlinked from you when your account is deleted.
- Records of notifications previously sent to you may still contain your user number; they contain no other information identifying you.
6. Deleting your account
- In the App: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account, sign-in record (Firebase), uploaded profile photo and data linked to your account are deleted immediately and permanently. If you used Sign in with Apple, the Apple authorization is revoked too.

7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
